Heritage Trainer

Heritage Training

High quality training helps you and your library team get the best out of Heritage and ensures that it fully meets your needs and expectations.

'...We covered many of the areas I was unsure about and was able to answer all my questions....I was very pleased with the training I received. There was a lot of information to take in and I was worried I wouldn't remember a lot of it, but this wasn't the case. Tom did such a good job of explaining things that I was able to recall the information easily the following day.'

Denise Jones, Cardiff and Vale College (Jan 18)

Heritage Training Staff

As you might expect, our training staff are knowledgeable about Heritage, but they are also knowledgeable about libraries and best library practice. Many of them are qualified Trainers or Chartered Librarians, with experience of working in real library environments. They are good communicators, who understand that listening is just as important as speaking, and they are very approachable. So we are sure that you will find the experience both rewarding and enjoyable.

A range of tried and tested training modules are available to you.  You can also enjoy tailored sessions based on your unique requirements, which might fall outside of a standard training session. You can talk to your trainer prior to booking any training so that we can both be clear about what you would like us to deliver and what you hope you achieve from the session. The team produces a varied range of supporting materials to use during sessions and to take away with you, so that if you forget any details, you have back-up material to refer to later.
